What is the return policy for Iconic Glam online store?    

All sales are final and there are NO refunds. Within 2 days of receiving the hair you may however make an exchange (if the hair has not been installed, altered, cut and the extensions are returned in their original packaging with original sales receipt) minus shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee. All SALE items and SPECIAL ORDERS are FINAL SALE and no exchanges will be allowed.

What is the shipping time and cost?

We ship via United States Postal Service priority mail which should take up to 3 days Monday-Saturday. Shipping is $15.00 for up to 4 bundles of hair. Any order amount over 4 bundles will be charged shipping accordingly. Once we have provided you with a tracking number and your item has shipped we are no longer responsible for your package, all further questions to be directed to the shipping carrier.      We ONLY ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.

What is the processing time for orders?

All in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days of confirmed payment via PayPal. We will make every attempt to inform the customer if their item is out of stock.
